About Me

Larry
I'm the singer, songwriter, and rhythm guitarist for the band the Hopeful Monsters, whose new album, Inexhaustible West, is available from CD Baby, iTunes, and Amazon, among other places. I studied English literature and music in college, moved to Boston as the keyboardist in a rock band, started a film company with a friend, worked as an editor when it folded, then studied philosophy for a year at Harvard. So this blog will be about music, literature, film, and philosophy.
